Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?

We hand cut all of the gemstones individually to size, it may vary slightly in colour compared to the photos provided on the website

Will you restock items marked as « out of stock » ?

Yes, we frequently restock items market as « out of stock » do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested in the « out of stock » item and we can give you a restock date.

What is the return or exchange deadlines?

Oli&J accepts returns for any item within a 15 days period.
We do accept exchanges for any items within a 15 days period if the product is in immaculate condition and hasn't been worn or damage.
Please note that shipping costs for returns & exchange will not be covered. In your return, postage and handling costs will also be deducted from your refund.
Items that show signs of wear or damage will not qualify for a return.
